The camera serial number is recorded with every capture you made as well as other information (Lens serial sometimes).

You just need one capture and and en EXIF reader. ACR might do it.

What editing software did you utilize before it was stolen.I am a Nikon shooter, however I just located information you might be interested in from Canon site. So sorry this happened to you. Heartbreaking for sure...

That is terrible. An expensive fairly new camera as well. (Old for me is measured in decades )
I've been there too many years ago. Back in 1987 our then apartment was burglarized. Several film photo items were take: Pentax KM Camera, Pentax K1000SE Camera, Gossen Luna-Pro Meter, A Flash, smc-Pentax-M 50mm 1.7 Lens, smc-Pentax-K 30mm f/2.8 Lens. Luckily they did not find my other camera bag and a third bag was at a different location. I miss the K1000SE as it had a split-image ground glass finder, and my light meter. But what hunts me the most is the strange 30mm f/2.8 lens. It is an unusual fairly rare and from what I've since researched very good lens. I had not even had it long and may not even have any negatives that were taken with it. They are also expensive today! I did have the Serial Numbers for the Police Report, but nothing was ever found.

As he said the camera serial is in every photo.
This is from Canon's DPP software. All you do is right click an open image and click "info"

PSE, and I imagine Photoshop as well, also records a lot more information than I knew till I actually looked at it: Open a jpg image, then go to File -> File Info -> Camera Data, and there you have it: S/N for both camera and lens.

The number that starts with the 210 looks like the SN for my 60D except that mine doesn't have the ( ) and your number has more digits.

When you find the number, there's a site where you can post it for free. If the number turns up anywhere, the site will report back to you.

I find Jeffrey's EXIF Viewer to be pretty good. It gives you a lot of information that you probably didn't know was in your EXIF data. I don't use Canon so I don't know what's in there, but the Nikon EXIF data includes the serial number.

Since you use PhotoShop, did you ever get around to locating a jpg image you took, opening it in PS, then checking "File -> File Info -> Camera Data".

I understand your pain. I lost a LOT of cameras in a burglary. I posted the serial numbers on several websites and with my local camera stores. No response.
