Based on the most important criterion for evaluating Trumps first month in office, how tightly wadded into knots liberal panties are, one can only conclude that his first month has been nothing short of stellar.

Just my way of responding without being overly rude to your little slight, were there not precincts in the Philly area which voted 100% for Obama in 12'?

Why? Believe me, when the libs open their mouths, that is what SHOULD SCARE every citizen!! He speaks the truth, puts honor back in country, and - when he put the left on notice that he won't take their crap - it sure looks like the nation has a hero...for a change. The problem is that Obama lied for so long, that people don't recognize truth anymore.

I think that we all have our concerns, but I also think that the country could stand no more of the direction that the Obama administration had taken us. Sure, the real-estate crisis was a mess when he came in, but we were not at each others throats as we were when he left office, honestly racial tension in this country is as bad if not worse as it was in the late 60's and early 70's, and there are a myriad of other issues. Trump needs to keep his mouth shut from time to time because what comes out is totally unfiltered, that is also a big reason he was elected because he laid out his agenda and people believed him because clearly he is not your typical politician. For good or bad, unlike most politicians it looks like he actually intends to keep his promises. The left and the press is making a lot of noise out of nonsense, for example, the big story of last week was Trump tries to get the FBI to silence the media over the FBI probe, when the real news came out we find that it was the FBI which contacted the Trump administration to tell them that there was no evidence of illegal contact or activity between his incoming administration and Russian intelligence officials, yet here is a simple and very plausible explanation as to what really what took place....

"On Friday, senior administration officials told reporters in a background briefing that FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe first raised the stories with Priebus, pulling him aside during an early morning meeting on Feb. 15 at the White House to tell him that the New York Times report was "garbage." According to an anonymous senior administration official, Priebus responded to the FBI's McCabe: "Okay, what am I supposed to do?" and "How do we fix this?" According to a White House official, McCabe then talked to other officials at the FBI and determined there was nothing the FBI could do. FBI officials said they didn't want to get into the business of publicly parsing elements of news reports."

Now if you were to ask anyone who is getting their news from the mainstream they have probably never heard that part of the story even though the above quote was taken from an NBC website.... The media has it in for Trump, they have always been somewhat unfair to republicans, but Trump has taken them over the edge, Dan Rather's recent story is a good example, Tom Friedman's comparing the Trump election to both 911 and Pearl Harbor is another. Let's not forget that Dan Rather was the inventor of fake news as he let his hatred of GW get the best of him and he ran a false story on Bush that was not only baseless but it got him fired from CBS, he sued, lost, was disgraced and ended up on some obscure cable channel.

You do realize that one has nothing to do with the other?

Well, that kind of comes down to what one thinks is important, does it not? Judging by the total melt-down of vocal liberals on our streets and in our national press and government I would say that something is going on, and then when you really evaluate what Trump has done on a rational level you can then recognize the insanity he has instilled in many on the left. Honestly I don't see that he has done anything remotely unconstitutional not to mention fascist in nature but according to many on the left everything he has done falls into one of the two categories. It is amazing to me that by enforcing this nation's laws that are actually on the books Trump is being called a racist, because he has criticized the press that has for many years been in the tank for democrats and have repeatedly tried to discredit and harm nationally recognized republicans and which is currently running a pointed campaign to delegitimize him, he is being called a fascist. The reality is that the left has lost its collective mind for the most part, which brings me to the conclusion that after the direction that the Obama administration had taken the country and the direction that the left seemed to buy wholeheartedly into, that Trump must be headed in the right direction and must also be doing a bang up job of it.

Well, that kind of comes down to what one thinks i... (show quote)

All of that may be true but it if false to state that since the left is going batty, that ...."one can only conclude that his first month has been nothing short of stellar."

For the sake of argument, even if both statements were true....the relationship between the two that you imply is still not valid.

If all one had to do to be....nothing short of stellar....was to piss off the "other" guys.....it would mean that Obama was extremely successful and ....nothing short od stellar.

See where I'm going?
