Now is not the time to get excited. This general did NOT develop his Russian contacts within the last year anyway, which means he would have developed this connections probably over the past several years, under the Obama administration. My guess is Obama should have known if he had Russian contacts, or the intelligence community sat on it. But if Trump knew about this, so did Obama.

And the next question is, what were his contacts, and what was discussed? Trump AND Obama may have known of his contacts but were told initially that there was no concern. We just don't know. And the next question is, IS A BETTER RELATIONSHIP WITH RUSSIA A BAD THING? Secrets given away is one thing, a better relationship with Russia is another. And I don't believe the Russian hacking in the election was government sponsored. (by Russia) Hacking occurs everyday anyway. Is this the best the US computer experts can do to prevent hacking?

It's going to take longer than this before anyone can blow the whistle on Trump. He's been in there for 4-5 weeks. All of this info didn't start 6 weeks ago. Let's wait and see what happens. In the mean time, we need to be protected against ISIS infiltration in the US, and even though Trump may not have started this correctly, that's what he wants to do. And lets give him a chance with a better relationship with Russia, which can only make our lives better with cooperation instead of wanting to go back to a cold war.

Um, you do realize Obama fired him, right? When Trump brought him back into the government, the entire military intelligence community was baffled and dumbfounded. One wpuld have to be mentally ill to bring someone like Flynn back into the government after his track record. Trump's decision to hire someone like Flynn is yet more proof of Trump's mental illness and complete lack of judgement. You can predict that there will be an endless series of scandals, blunders, chaos, and disasters as long as this incompetent, know nothing fascist man-baby idiot is in charge. God help us all!
