Oh I do Alan, that's why ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN and MessNBC are not among my sources for news. Can you refute anything in the link about Hillary Clinton that I posted? Alas, it's usually the case with the left to denigrate the source rather than absorbing and understanding objectively the content.

I do, and thank you.
Semper Fi are tenants I live by.

The Edmond hillary story was an interesting one, although it probably was her mothers doing, Hillary would have been around 6 when Edmond Hillary climbed Everest and became a household name. Would a mother have told 6 year old Hillary she was named after the man who conquered the highest mountain on the planet. I think she might have, and would 6 year old Hillary have believed her mother, without doubt at 6 you believe everything adults tell you.
My brother believed into his mid twenties he broke his leg falling out a tree when he was little. Not quite, me his eldest brother helped him climb up onto the tree, but i didn't help him get down. So he jumped and sprained his ankle. He was serving in the army by the time he found that out. :)
I don't like Hillary, the reason being she should have divorced Bill, i mean fella's would our wives have stood for that? That she didn't pretty much damns her as a woman who values power over everything else. Unfortunately that doesn't excuse Donald he is even more power hungry than hillary to be fair, and he certainly appears to think the constitutional checks and balances do not apply to him.
As a former marine I think you would have sworn an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States, not the president. In the British Army its an oath to serve Queen and Country. That the USA makes that difference is important. If he breaches his oath of office what will you do?

Unfortunately, he is still the Commander in Chief, albeit a pathetic one.

If it turns out that he is pathetic (to early to tell at this point) at least we've had 8 years to adjust to it.

Until he is impeached, he's less than a month in office, and on track for the worst administration ever.

That what a shopping list or watch list is for: Keeps track of your favorites - then delete after auction closes. You get a good idea of current value when comparing auction sites.

By the way- I had a post about Sniping, but was afraid to put it in photo discussion. Instead I put it in Chit-chat. Was this right or wrong section? I guess buying a photographic item qualifies. Didn't want UHH police calling me out.

Don't know, that said I've been know to bend or break a few rules around here. It probably would have been fine in this section if it pertained to sniping photography gear :-) I no longer subscribe to chit-chat or attic.

I did indeed take the oath to uphold and defend the Constitution even when that scumbag LBJ, (a democrat by the way) sent me to Vietnam! (twice) That was a stupid war. That being said, I am proud of my service to our country. LBJ, not so much.

Nothing wrong with dissing politicians on either side of the aisle, and you should be proud of your service. Regardless of political party affiliations LBJ was not one of our best. The issue now is to support the country competently, legally, professionally and competently. I'm waiting to see that happen.
Once again, thank you for your service, you may or may not have had a choice, but you did it anyway I expect.
