He is a Federal Judge, one of the most powerful decision makers in the country; doesn't make any difference if they are right or wrong. It is their decision and that's it. I think the only way the decision can be overturned is through Congress.

Judges do regularly make wrong/bad rulings, that's why we have Appellate and Scotus courts, and even then, Congress can always rewrite the law. The judge's ruling in Wash. is actually kind of reaching for straws if you actually analyze it. Wouldn't be surprised if the 9th reverses it, the President clearly has the Power to control our borders and imigration under the law. Long history as well as case law to support that fact.

It is a temporary order, and our State Dept & ICE already are in place, so there is no real added enforcement overhead. The only real overhead is to the Justice Department as Soros is funding lawsuits for every and any entity that will file something against Trump.
