WOW! Those are three exceptionally eye-catching shots. VERY well done. You didn't over/under-cook them in post-processing, They're composed to the tee, and they all three deserve a second look.

Awesome Kansas pictures! Where is these in relation to where Havaland KS is ??? My daughter is in Havaland. I have never been to Kansas and I am having a hard time picturing where she is at!

This is South East Kansas on the Missouri side, not sure were Havaland Kansas is located ,
The human eye sees in more then 11 F/stops. A film camera captures around 8 F/ stops. A digital camera can only capture 5 F/stops in one capture. When you combine 3 captures at different exposures you get more of what the humon eye see's. As for the processing of these images most people push it to far. A great HDR image will not be pushed to far and most people won't know it is a HDR. Just my take on it. Heavily processed HDR images should be in a seperate catigory for judging. The rules for next contest should reflect this learning experience. Lets go with the flow on this one.
