Actually I tend to agree with Jim Bob. It may come off as mean, but I really don't care what someone else bought. I don't mind seeing what they can do with the new toy, but we usually don't. I think it's because they are shopping....
I think they just like to bragg, who really cares.

Just got the go-ahead from the CFO (Chief Family Officer) to order it. I've been considering it since the E-M1 II was announced at $2000 minus an important feature, and figured the next best (and cheapest) thing without that important feature was the E-M5 II. Gonna be fun using 5 axis IBIS on my 500mm lens.
Jim Bob you are such an ass! Some of us actually enjoy sharing with others when they buy new equipment. Don't read the damn post if you don 't like BROWN TRUCK!!!

The proper response to Jim Bob, regardless of what he has to say is: F

Mas 24, are you sure mirrorless is not going anywhere? Today the market has expanded to the point that they are very good sellers and although AF till now has not been something to write home about when it comes to action and wildlife photography the new cameras, from what I know are doing considerably well.
Today mirrorless cameras have APS and full frame sensors. They have an excellent selection of lenses and more professionals are beginning to use them. Neither Canon nor Nikon made any plans to expand on their mirrorless cameras and they are far behind.
I do not believe anybody can deny the convenience of using one of those cameras that when paired with a good quality lens are capable of stunning results.

The calling of UPS as the Brown Truck is something that confused me when I first became a member of uhh. It finally became a slogan for me to use on this forum. To friends and relatives, I say UPS. However, they do know the truck is brown though.
What's funny is that in my location in Clearwater, the garbage trucks are brown, the recycle trucks are blue and white and UPS often delivers using a golf cart pulling a trailer.
He did say "Warning: Brown Truck Post". Complaining that someone posted what they were buying after being informed it was about a UPS delivery is like those people who watch a xxx movie then complain about the nudity.

Perhaps I should have said that Mirrorless cameras are here to stay. Wrong choice of word, "anywhere." I am not against mirrorless cameras. If I say I'm not going anywhere, most would interpret that as, I'm staying.
You guys talk too much about ups and brown truck,I have a Chevy brown truck LOL

The "Brown Truck" is like Christmas anytime of the year, only we know what we are getting. Have fun, looks like some here are only going to get coal, no wait a minute, you can burn that and keep warm, on second thought they are now on the nothing list.
I enjoy hearing about what others are buying. (For those that don't why are you even looking at and responding to this post)! I had the EM5 and thought it was a great camera. Enjoy your new camera and let us know how you like it.

I am impressed that show and tell has moved beyond elementary school. Congratulations on what ever you bought, not much of an explanation. I was not really expecting much anyway considering the title of the post.

Thanks. Rather be an ass than an idiot. You are most definitely the latter.

Apparently you did not go to grade school or perhaps you just flunked English.
