I'm totally new to this, but thought I'd jump in. I'm posting a Picture from an Alaska trip I took in August last year. The scene was spectacular but my skill level is weak, so I welcome comments. I have hundreds of course, and I'll post more as I review them and find ones that are presentable. Thanks in advance!

Thanks JoAnne! This was Juneau Harbor, one morning in August. I have an eye for scenes, but just a beginner from a technical standpoint. Hope to get better.

You caught a very appealing scene of the fog and landscape. The image does slope "downhill" to the right, however. I've pm'd you a straightened version so you can compare.

Nice post. It looks like your horizon might be slightly off. Otherwise, I don't see any problems; it's a good photo.

Very nice fog shot...my only suggestion would be to straighten the horizon...glad to have you join the forum Cabase!
