Great photo! Next time you're in the area, try a panorama shot. The mountains north of Whitney are also very interesting!

I think it is a great photo and as long as you enjoy that is all that counts. I don't post very often because there is always some know it all that has to show how smart they are.

From looking at many of photos that others have posted on UHH, I've found most comments to be complimentary or at least constructive in their criticisms. Still, after many years I've also discovered that groups of almost any size include a uniform if small percentage of jerks, so I expect that to be true of UHH as well. Since jerks tend to be more vocal, their apparent number is probably overestimated. In any event, I appreciate the (mostly) kind comments my post received.
