Between Christmas and New Year's Day we treated some out of town guests to a 1-day visit to San Antonio. With the driving time of 3 hours each way and spending about 8 hours there, it was a long day. But it was also an enjoyable day, and to top it off, I was able to capture some photos that I was pleased with. So here are but a few of the images that I was able to bring back from the Alamo City. Comments welcomed and I hope you enjoy.

Loved all 8 photos, especially the Hotel. A unique building I must say. I also noticed the Lone Star Flag atop the Hotel.
Loved the river shots. Good job

Thank you very much for looking in and commenting. Glad you enjoyed the series, and yes, that flag is very noticeable anywhere you go in TX.

Thank you so much Chase for looking in and commenting. Houston is a much bigger city, but San Antonio is much more tourist friendly and pedestrian friendly.
A good series of interesting and varied photographs.
Well taken.
Thank you for posting.
I grew up there, miss it a lot. Wife and i do some of the same tour when we get down there.
