hillary won the popular vote by 2+ million votes. About 1.5 million from 2 cities-- L.A. an San Fran. A question---Would you want the election decided by only 2 cities from 1 state ? That is exactly what the constitution was designed to prevent.

40% of those cities (1.2 Million) voted for Trump, and that would assume that everyone votes. Voter turnout is actually also about 40%... your logic is flawed and incorrect.

Thank goodness for the electoral college.
I don't think Homer knowingly spreads fake info, but relies on alt left sites that feed him a line of BS, which he reposts here.

He learned from Hildebeast that you can't be charged with a crime if you didn't intentionally break the law.

I agree with your conclusion, but not the logic that gets you there. This is like saying that Scott Norwood lost the Super Bowl for the Buffalo Bills. Granted, if he'd made the kick the Bills would have won....but he didn't lose the game and he wouldn't have won it had his kick been good. The team lost the game. You can't isolate those votes any more than you can isolate the game points.
That said .... our founding fathers were pretty smart. And, just like your own father....you don't always like what he says, but he's seeing the big picture and is always right in hindsight....and his rules are always for your own good and for the good of the family.

I still think you should have to take an IQ test to vote. And score at least 50 to vote. My My, I guess the dems would never get in office again.

A good observation Hal!...

Well....my opinon is that Hillary won nothing, since the popular vote does not exist. I live in NY and when I registered to vote (I had to re-register because I moved and changed counties) no one asked me for any ID whatsoever. I filled out a form, and then when I went to vote, all they did was check that my name and address that was on the registration was the same one that was in the voting book. I signed my name and voted. Now, I could have done this several more times in several different counties. All I had to do was fill out the registration form in a different county with a different name and address - easy to do, since no one checks ID's here. As long as the name and address was the same on the registration form and the voter book, I would have been allowed to vote. I also could have voted if I were not a US citizen, since there's no ID check for that either. There are around 20 states besides NY (including CA) that do not require any voter ID at all - And THAT is why Hillary had so many more ballots counted.

It must bite you in the booty Homer when most of your posts need to be corrected. Usually downward.

Yeah that's it old man. First we give them an IQ test. Then we make sure they own land. Ten we make sure their part of an of the top 10% of income earners. Then you don't get to vote and we get to screw with you.

No, his logic is exactly correct as he states and as it is contained in the U.S. Constitution. If you are too stupid to understand that, then it is your problem. Not ours.
The electoral college was designed and implemented to prevent exactly what he is talking about. Designed by people MUCH better than you.
All of this aside from the fact that what you are stating is NOT true.
