Leica M5 and M2 most of the time, but also Canon EOS 1n and EOS 650. I use my Leica and Canon outfits about equally, and like having a choice of film bodies available when I'm shooting digital.

I also often leave the digital kit at home and just go out with a Leica and one lens, usually th M5 with a 50mm f/2 Summicron loaded with Ilford HP5 or Pan F, depending on my mood. Funny, when shooting color digital with my M-E I almost always have the 35mm f/1.4 Summilux attached, but for black and white it's almost always a 50mm.

Yeah, I thought the same.

As a long time Canon user I have that one as well as many others that I use as part of my other 25%. Love that camera as the first real camera to make 35mm main street used.

I was using the EOS-3 before I went digital, and an Elan 7e for backpacking. I recently replaced my AE-1 that was stolen. My "go to" film is Velvia for slides and Ektar for prints. It scans so nicely.

I use the OM series 1-4 but to be honest I haven't used them in years. Batteries are hard to come by. I did get a battery swapper kit for the OM-1. I'll have to give it a try again. Thanks for the reminder.

Merry Christmas to everyone.

Walmart sells and takes your film to send to develop.

I could NEVER recommend Walmart for processing as they only do C-41, and you WILL NOT receive your negatives back, only low res scans

Nikon F I bought used in the 70's. Still works as good as it did then but like me it's showing significant wear and tear.

Unless I missed it, I did not see anything about the best one of all, the F6, and wonder why?

Although I mostly shoot digital now, I have and frequently use any one of the following cameras I own - Nikon F3, Nikon F4s, Nikon F100, Nikon FE, Nikon FE2, Nikon N8008s, Olympus RC35, Yashica GT and a Minolta X-700. My favorite film camera is probably the FE followed closely by the F4s. My favorite film is Fujichrome Velvia 50 (when I can afford it) and Kodak Ektar 100 (when I can afford it). Mostly though I use Fujicolor Superia 400.

Thanks for the cautionary note. And by the way, I don't understand why anyone would shoot film and then scan the negative or print for that matter. Can't imagine the "film quality" survives the process. Maybe I guess if you printed your own and did some dodging etc.

After selling my F5, N90s, and FE a couple of years ago, I really missed having at least one film camera. A few months back, I found a mint condition F6. It's in "test mode" with Fujichrome 100 right now. Since I also have a D750, I already have a battery of FX/35mm lenses.

I also use a Mamiya 645 TL, and a C330s for medium format.

I'd like to hear from those who actively shoot 35 mm film.
Which camera do you use? How long have you owned it?
Favorite film?

Thanks!

Camera mostly used: Nikon FM2n black.
Camera's owned: Nikomat FTN EP, Minolta X700 (for the wife), Leica M6, Yashica 635, Agfa Isolette III folding camera.

Lenses: Nikkor 50mm f/1.4, Nikkor 50mm f/2, Nikkor 24mm f/2.8, Nikkor 35mm f/2, Nikkor 85m f/2, Nikkor 100 f/2.5, Summarit-M 50mm f/2.5 (for the M6)

Favorite film: Well...If I could afford it, Tri-X but since I'm budgeting, HP5 most of the time along with Kentmere 400, and Bergger 400 (which I also can't afford to shoot a lot)

I've only been shooting film for about 2 years so all of my film camera ownership is less than that. :)
