So did you ever try Pebble Creek Ski Area?

Pebble Creek went under my radar, looks like a nice little ski area.
Next trip to Jackson visit Thomas Mangelsen's Gallery just north of the square.

I'll make a point to do that next time I'm down that way.
Its been a million years since I was last in Jackson. Quite a fun little town. Skiing is supposed to be superb. Never made it back to try it. Great capture to bring back "western" memories.
Pebble Creek is interesting. It developed some of the amazing Hot Doggers that made a great impact on Europe. It has a challenging elevation. My GD is a boarder and can do about anything after PC.
BTW never admit to not going in CBB. Always have a bit of BS trivia, like were the original urinals amazing? They were down stairs. The CB as well as the Silver Dollar at the Wort are worth a walk through if nothing else than to relieve yourself and everyone understands that.
Billy burger was to the left of the entrance where a restaurant is now!
I am getting a new long lens and hope to get back up there soon.

Most of the times I went there to ski, the weather didn't co-operate.

This is The Cowboy Bar in Jackson Wyoming. The valley is called Jackson Hole, the ski resort there is called Jackson Hole but the town is just Jackson.
Nice shot. I think they used to called it the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar. My wife and I had steaks in there a few years ago. Very expensive but excellent. I also think that it was featured in one of the Clint Eastwood movies. Thanks for sharing.
I was there many years ago to buy an airplane from a local fixed base operator at the airport. I visited the Cowboy Bar, I think that's the place with many silver dollars
insetted in the bar surface. I stayed a couple of days and then flew the airplane (a Cessna 180) back to Minneapolis. Jackson is a really neat place.

I know of this place on Interstate 90 in western Montana ↓

Visited the Cowboy Bar many years ago. At the time the entire bar was covered with silver dollars. I also remember sitting on a saddle instead of a bar stool. Yahoo...

Good shot, ShutterBoy!
Thank you, I scanned this from one of my old paper photographs.
Spent a few hours in the Cowboy Bar. There used to be a full mount of an Alaskan wolf enclosed in glass in the bar. It may still be there.

I wouldn't mind having one of those in my living room. A mounted one !
My husband and I just visited in September before the snow. The Teton mountains were gorgeous. We drove thru Yellowstone, but took a tour thru the Teton mountains. I can't wait to go back. I'm not a skier so it may be the same time next year and if possible we are going to get a couple of our cousins to go. We went this year because my nephew was working in a hotel there. It is called the Amangani. A beautiful place to get pictures from, but very exclusive, cheapest cost for a room is around $900 a night. Also we did visit the Millionaire dollar bar, my nephew and myself being from Texas he said it reminded him of San Antonio, and it reminded me also.
