Yes. According to the Constitution, each state is allocated electors based upon the state's number of Congressional Representatives +2 for Senators. States are allocated their Representatives based upon the last census.

Agree with you here bull. I was just thinking the other day that college has become the new high school....and a lot of people have bought into going into a lot of debt to get that expensive degree. Best deal....go community college before finishing up at a four year school, and do a major that will get a job. Plan on a masters. I just saw something that showed the average income for college grads from well known institutions 10 years after graduation. Not what you would think it would be. Started like at 48K. My son makes 58K as a radiology tech working nights. That took three years of education, but it was at a community college.
#8 blue collar workers unable to afford homes in certain cities and get stuck living in apartments. San Diego for one, where my daughter lives. She's a teacher and he works in IT for the Navy. My other daughter lives in Frisco and she's a teacher and he works two blue collar jobs to make ends meet. Can't get out of the apartments.
#7 We never had an extra nickel to rub between our fingers until our last kid got out of the house.....and that was much later than we hoped. It took awhile for him to turn his life around, but he did, but it was 30 by then. Thank goodness we did have a few years to save. As it is, my wife is finally retiring after 43 years at age 68 as a surgical nurse, wearing out one set of knees along the way.
