The lovely Miss Morningstar arrived at the Ministry quite out of breath, but with a big grin on her face, as she knew she'd beaten her rival, the Dark Lady of Swallows, back home and would be first in line to help the handsome Prince Humperdink in his quest for vengeance against those swindlers, Princess Makabuk and her father, Ivegott Biggbux.

The lovely Miss Morningstar never cackles, but she came pretty close, upon finding out she'd won the race.

As I watched her do a happy dance, the scene faded, things grew dark, and I distinctly heard a familiar voice say to me, "Don't you dare!"

Careful... rumors are that Harry Potter has it out for Prince Humperdink. Apparently Humperdick is more of a ladies man than Harry. Those at the Ministry need to keep their guard up. At least till the Winter Solestice when spells and gravitational forces lessen along the U.S. Eastern seacoast.

Thanks, Angler. I don't she cares much about the swindlers, being quite honest. She just wants to have Prince Humperdink all to herself! We, of course, shall see about that...

And the Prince, of course, is naturally thrilled to death to have these beautiful ladies chasing after him. Who wouldn't be? He is admittedly a little young for them, being only around 21, while the youngest of our Dark Ladies (the lovely Miss Morningstar) is 217. But what's a few years difference when you're being wooed by these beauties?

It's not like he's going to ask to see her Driver's License, is it?

LOL

Thanks for your kind words and visit, always much appreciated!

Thanks, Mike. The stories of the Ministry of Mayhem and its resident miscreants keep me laughing, and it's only right to share them here. Glad you're enjoying this chapter of our ongoing story. More to come.

Thanks for your very kind words and visit, they're very much appreciated!

Thanks, James. Good to know about Harry, we'll keep an eye pealed for him. Quite truthfully, I never saw him with Ginny Weasley. Not when there are some gorgeous wicked witches working right here at the Ministry of Mayhem! But I suppose the heart wants what the heart wants, lol.

Thanks for the warning and your visit, always enjoyed and appreciated!

Thanks, Karin. Admittedly I'm having fun playing around with the lighting. Get some interesting effects, most of which are NOT good, lol. But here and there, some of them aren't too bad.

Thanks for your kind words and visit, they're always much appreciated!

Sounds like you're being threatened Randy. And wouldn't you know I can't loan you my flack jacket or bulletin proof vest. They're already on loan to some political commentators.
Man! These sure are difficult and dangerous times!
At least you've got another pretty lady to do portraits of.

I think Madame P has you firmly in her sights even though she is not there... I am sure anyone would do a dance when they find they are first in line to help the handsome Prince Humperdink.

Great portrait Randy...
