first two are from the Denver botanical gardens from out Palozza trip, the second one was hanging in the stairwell and attached to the wall, the other three are from Ethel M's Chocolate factory they also have a wonderful cacti garden outside and at Christmas decorate all of the cacti in Christmas lights,

Yes, I think you're right with your definition "abstract", I missed the boat, the key phrase being "without attempting to create a realistic picture"

Been watching and enjoying what has been put on here. Learn just by looking. Stopped at a lake on way to Orlando and saw some grass by lake so took some pictures of the grass and did some playing and came out with is version.
