OOPS! I forgot to hit add attachment the first try,sorry.I came across this a few days ago and thought it was cute. Looks like the kitty is taking a photo or tasting the camera. I hope you find it amusing too.
Funny. Was this taken with a Canon? :)
The cat is probably tasting the hand perspiration left on the camera?
HA HA could have been. I've noticed a lot of Canon vs Nikon bantering, being new to photography I really don't understand. I guess it's who's best?

Nice photo for getting people to smile. Obviously, the cat has "good taste".

That is likely the case. My dogs chew on objects that I have handled a lot. That includes, TV, Cable, and Stereo component
Remotes;
Books;
Telephone Receivers; and
Computer Keyboards and External Drives. So far, lucky for both me and the dogs, they have not chewed up any of my cameras or lenses. And my dogs are both large enough to severely damage photo equipment. The only thing safe from them are the Black Kong Toys. One did get as close as sniffing a lens.

...And you don't want to understand such BS...
...Who thinks there is that much difference. The image is in the skill and mind of the photographer. Equipment is just a tool(s). What brand of camera did Ansel Adams use? Edward Weston? Wynn Bullock?
What a sweet shot, Samantha! Thanks for the chuckle this morning.

That's okay. The D700 is a tough camera.
