May I ask what type of photography gear you are using? Many modern cameras have functions that do minor editing of Jpeg files in camera - could be a time-saver. I use Snapseed, Simply B&W, along with the limited editing tools in Photos. I also have a stand alone iOS version of Lightroom that Adobe released 'free' for a limited time (no longer offered) - not sure whether a stand alone or CC iOS version of LR is offered now. My iOS editing is just for minor tweeks. Most of my serious editing is done on a MacBook with LR v5.7 (non-CC) and a few other plug-ins.

Hi 'rjaywallace'... Basic camera: part of my 5th-Gen iPod Touch -- When I need more Flash for group shots, I use a Canon Powershot SX200. --- i do not have access to a computer.

If you're talking about iPhone and iPad snapseed is my go to. I also like VSCO and Filterstorm. And off course adobe has a bunch of their programs adapted for the phone and all available for free. Happy editing

There are several choices. I prefer apps like "ProCamera" which can save the original pic as JPEG, TIFF or DNG. I can then edit within ProCamera or export to other iOS editing apps like Lightroom Mobile or send to my computer for "serious" editing in Lightroom.

If you are a Lightroom CC subscriber, check out Lightroom Mobile, decent editing features and an easy way to take an iPhone photo shoot directly into a Lightroom Collection ... and now on your Desktop Lightroom. Hi 'peterg'... MANY Thanks; I Have 'ProCamera' (which I have YET to use extensively) ...but NOT 'Lightroom Mobile' -- What's the 'learning curve' for LM.?? --- It's SAD when you have my 'Condition' (i.e. 'Dumb and Lazy')
