Looks like something or some critter has the bird by it's head. Can't really tell as the piece of whatever is only about an inch long. The rest of it if there is a rest is behind the bird's head. My imagination? Probably, possibly, maybe. Thanks, good shot anyway you look at it.

I had to work to imagine a rabbit at any distance. The rufus top of the bird's head stays clearly part of the bird, and I never lose sight of the two parts of the beak.

When i go back and look after a few if the ither comments i still see the rabbit first with no problem. Feather you are a mess

If you wear glasses, take them off the out of focus helps see the rabbit. If you can change focus at will with your eyes try that, zone out and let the focus go, like using stereo viewers on aerial photo pairs.
