Sometimes things can happen in a picture that the photographer does not realize until later when viewing the pictures.
Sometimes things are in a picture that make people resort to saying 'uh huh, photo-shopped'.
Sometimes these things really happen and it just is what it is.
All of the above is the case here.
These pics were shot less than one minute apart. In the second pic look in the water about 50' out from the fishermen. I'm not an expert in marine life but do believe that is either Flipper or Jaws!

Looks more like a dolphin to me. Good catch.
I certainly could be wrong, but I enlarged you photo, and can see that the dorsal is hooked on the very tip. Did quick look-up on Google, and they seem to suggest it's a dolphin fin. Shark dorsals look to be more triangular and the tip points straight up.
Good shots, wrr! With a fin like that, I think it's Jaws!
