Sue, I used to work on Charter boats and one private boat in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. I was the mate and when we made a trip over to Bimini to fish a marlin tournament the owner always wanted me to make breakfast. The boat was 53 feet long and I was able to cook, so no big deal. Well he had me make him scrapple one morning and the captain asked me if I new what it was, I did not know at the time. When he told me I backed away from it. Looks good and smells good, but brains? When I got married 3 years later my ex (she moved from Patchogue, LI) I told her what it was made of. She was going to buy some and looked at me, put it back in the cooler, and I believe she hit me in the arm (love tap). To my knowledge she never ate it again.

Very nice shots, Sue. people put out all kinds of fruits and veggies here in the summer, with a box for the money and scales to weigh it and pay by the pound. They not only don't steal the fruits and veggies, they leave the scales there. I just got through painting on 3 white pumpkins to be used on the rehearsal dinner table, for a fall wedding. I love painting on the pumpkins.
