I converted this to B&W and used ON1 software to make the clouds pop. Taken with a Canon 80D and a Tamron zoom lens.
I entered this in a bimonthly contest my photography group "The Chicks That Click" hold. I didn't win or place, but I'm proud of it anyway. And I'm proud I put myself out there!

Nice photo.

I hope you're not upset about not winning. All shows are at the whims of the judges, and what wins today might not even get hung at its next show, even if the same works are being judged. Those folks are fickle about their own preferences.

Yea, years ago I saw one contest where the photo that won was a print that got caught in a print processing machine and really turned out weird. Go figure...

Very nice shot and the B & W is perfect for this picture!

Question: Is it a wreck, or just old, and abandoned?

Outside of Beaufort, SC. I pulled into a closed boatyard, and found this and some other great shots.
