Same as above regarding the spots on her right. Also the lighting seems too strong on her body and legs.

I agree about the background dots. Also, there seems to be too strong of lighting creating specular highlight areas on her skin? Pose is nice and thanks for uploading. Oh, I do kind of like the smoke toward the bottom of the frame - nice subtle touch!

The tattoo's take way from her natural beauty. Wash of the tattoo's and go for a more natural look.

I think the bacground is fine. Nice composition but the smoke at the bottom of the image is either too little, which distracts or not enough to create a mood.
