Beautiful and intriguing Linda.
Thanks so much. "Intriguing" is a great compliment!
Beautifully done! WOW just a real pleasure to look at!
1) Difficult to go wrong with sky-beams, one of my favorite natural occurrences, and nicely placed here. 2) The symmetry and silhouettes make a great combination. I might think about saturating the sky a bit more, but then I'm into drama.... 3) Love the placement of the bird, however you managed it, and the beautiful curved wings echoed in the reflection. 4) That slanted post looks familiar.... Regardless of whether it's the same one as your previous post some time ago in b/w, I like this one better. Fewer distractions, and greater emphasis on the birds and other details. Very nice set!
I love these all Linda, but #1 is definitely a framer!

#2 shot last November; the rest are from a few days ago. Thanks for viewing!
very nice Linda, I think you really enjoy your hop fetish.
Have you shown picture of them growing?

Boy that is pretty much the way I remember it as a boy. Soughhouse, CA used to grow a lot of hopes until the demand for corn out grew the demand for it. Thank you for the wonderful reminders.

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback, cabunit. #4 is new, but does look like many I've shot before
#3 is a great blue heron that was hiding in cattails on near side of this tiny farm pond. I got out of car with a shorter lens...and next thing you know I'm trying to get his distant backside in focus! (placement: there is some cropping)

I posted two topics recently of the harvest, but to tell you the truth, there isn't a lot I have found interesting about the actual growing stage
Thanks so much!
Thank you so much for your nice comments!

It's such a lovely gift when someone says a photo has brought back happy memories. Thank you!!
Wonderful pictures! I found #3 very interesting with the bird flying low over the water.
Just beautiful, Linda! Can't pick a favorite 'cause they're all so beautiful and good!
