I am interested in the sigma Macro 150mm if it is the DG HSM APO MACRO one.
How old is it and how many clicks approximately.

how do you figure clicks on a lens and does it matter?

You can't and it does not matter.

I disagree that clicks don't matter. After all, everything wears out in time.

Shutter clicks on a camera body do not have a direct correlation to the work a lens does with each shot. While a lens does have to work, the lens may already be in focus for a shot, and the iris may not have to change for the f stop. Additionally, the lens may not stay on a camera so the number of shutter clicks on the camera body may not equal the work on a lens. And as far as I know there is no counting on a lens of how often it focuses, or changes its f stop. So how can it be tracked? That's why it doesn't matter.

Effie The lens I have is the one you asked about with the three position switch on side. I have sold many items on UHH and never had an item returned. Lens is about 7 yr; appears as new 2with clear clean glass and smooth working body. Lens shows at 9+/10.
This has worked in past: you send cashiers check, I mail lens and send you tracking number. You notify me when lens arrives and you are satisfied and I then cash check. If still interested

This is the lens I am looking for. Does yours match this?

Sigma 17-50mm f/2.8 EX DC OS HSM Lens for Nikon (77mm)

If so, what are you asking for it?

If the lens was not orginally listed as OS it did not grow OS overnight. And no, I do not know how many clicks are on the lens. Prices are as listed, however I pay shipping. la
