Hey, welcome to the forum. You just get everything lined u just the way you want and then shoot and then post. If you want a critical critique that will tell you what is wrong with it and what is right post it in the 'Critque' section. Some of the members can get pretty rough. If you want people to tell you how good it is post it in the 'Main Photo Discussion' section. Whatever you want to do with it. There are numerous sections just take your pick.

Don't keep us in suspense what kind of camera and lens do you have.

Again, youngster, welcome to the forum. You've picked a great hobby and there is lots of help here.

Welcome to the forum! The thing to remember with critiques is that it's about the photo, not about you personally. You learn more from one good negative comment than from a thousand 'great shots.'
