Well, now you have me curious...what White Balance setting did he recommend?

I was there in 2005 and took the same pix as your #2. It also had a stick wedged in the same place! Not the same stick however. Great pix teacher22!
Love the contrast and colors, well done.
Beautiful photos, Teacher. I am planning on being there in late October if the weather is willing--keeping my fingers crossed! Your photos make me want the trip even more.
WOW!! Thanks for sharing these incredible shots!!!

I just wish I hade more time in there as 1 hour was not enough time to shoot! Sony a7ii with 18-35 f/4.
Wonderful shoots...no. 3 for me!
Amazing Photos! That area is on my bucket list.
The shapes, colors and lighting are wonderful. Beautiful images. Thank you for sharing.
We were there too and I am sooooo glad the digital camera era was here. I would have used up all the film I had, wished for more, and then spent a small fortune on developing and enlargements. Love the new age photography era. Great photos!!!
Beautiful images, Teacher22!
This is a VERY small sampling of the photos I took in the hour I was there. Took nearly 350 shots in Raw/JPEG, so there are too many to post. But, needless to say, a real bucket list trip for anyone to see this spectacular canyon. I was not able to do the lower canyon as I was with a tour group. Maybe next time!
Thanks for all the positive comments and critiques....These are very helpful and a person can only learn and strive to get better from these.
