Drayton Harbor Days was held here in Blaine WA last weekend. It is an annual event. One of the highlights are the steam engine powered boats on display. (About twenty)
A second highlight are these two tall ships. Spectators can pay to go on a three hour sail. During the voyage, they will witness a simulated cannon battle. Lots of noise and smoke, but no cannon balls of course.
