Yesterday I stopped in the Bethlehem steel museum. Took plenty of photos but can only post ten. Enjoy.
Bethlehem steel. I remember seeing steel products with the name engraved. Those days are long gone now. Great shots at the museum.

Nice, interesting to stroll along with your through the exhibit.
Another place I've got to check out. Nice photos.
Good shots Hal.
Looks like they cleaned up what's inside compared to what's outside.

You got that right. There are only a few buildings that they restored, Most are falling apart. Ill post some here. The Bethlehem Steel grounds is about a mile long. At the end is where the Sands casino is built. You know, where people go to win money but most always lose. They never learn its stacked in favor of the house.
I need to get there (NOT the casino).
Thanks for posting additional photos.

And thanks for looking. I did walk through the casino once just to see the trapings. They didn't spare the money. But they wont get any of mine. I did see that they have ATM machines so the losers can get even more to lose. With out going home for more. Well they do say there is a sucker borne every second. The poor kids are at home without shoes.

Bethlehem steel was the first stock my Dad had me buy way back in the fifties. It was a great investment back then. My how the companies that built this country have fallen. Nice photos
My wife's grandfather was a metallurgist for Bethlehem Steel in Johnstown, PA. She will be interested to see your photos. Thanks!

Hal, a great historical series this is. Enjoyed the equipment and what it did to produce the end result.
