Are you seeing it in the second linked image too?

Yes, much clearer. BTW, both images viewed on an iPad Mini.

I'm thinking OP's eyesight may be in question rather than monitor here !

I don't think it is my eyesight :) This is a screenshot of the 2nd image taken from the first page of this thread. I'm pretty sure you can't see the rhino on this one. I think it is down to the display on this old macbook which i think is a 6 bit display. At least with this version I can't invert it and adjust the contrast to get the rhino to stand out. :)

I took a screenshot of the second image. I'm posting that screenshot only to determine if I can see it. No pp on screenshot.

Yes, I can still see the rhino on my iPad mini. I'll try it tomorrow on my phone.

Hi this might be fun or a little worrying depending on what you see. Your angle of view may make a difference or downloading the image and inverting it makes it clear as does a contrast adjustment layer. I'm interested to know if you can see it if your monitor is calibrated or not. If you can't see it what does it mean for your post processing of your photo's? Actually rather oddly it is clear to me on here but it was invisible on facebook and invisible in finder. Odd that although i know facebook tends to reduce the number of colors.

The Rhino. My monitors have been calibrated since 1993/4 with an i1 gretag macbeth Swiss calibrater. A great paper and ink saver.

I have no idea if my monitor is calibrated but I still see the rhino very easily. I also easily see other tests such as this with numbers in the center of different colored circles on FB.

You would know if your monitor is calibrated because you would have had to do it. It is not something that you buy predone although many talk about calibration but because it changes regularly, it takes you to have the tools and calibrate the monitor.

I do see the rhino as well btw.
