Great place to visit but plan at least 3 days to see everything. Lots of hands on gear and to walk in. My rating is 10 out of 10. I loved it! I wish I had more time to see everything.

Great set, thanks for posting. I too love the place, and I'm only 20 minutes away. You did a fine job of presenting the museum.

good shots GOR..looks like a great place to visit.
That is on our list of places to see
If you are planning to go to the Air Force Museum I suggest you also include the Wright Brothers Museum that include tons of hands on items. There wasn't a fee to enter the Air Force Museum but the Wright Brothers Museum had a small donation of $5. Well worth every penny of the cost. Both Museums provides a leaflet that list all the museums in the area. I was only in Dayton for Hydroplane Racing. Our hotel was directly across the street from the Air Force Museum. I would had liked to included an album of pictures for the Wright Brothers, Air Force Museums and of the Hydroplane Racing but I didn't know how to do that process on this site.

If you are planning to go to the Air Force Museum ... (

Yes, it indeed is a huge place...filled to the rafters with aircraft. I was there in 2010 and spent the whole day. To post all the events your speaking of...just simply start a new topic for each subject. In otherwords, start a topic for your Wright Bros images, then another one for your Hydroplane images. Great job on these...!
Thank you. Yes, it is a nice place to spend time.
Thank you, I will use you advice.
Very good and very enjoyable shots, Jerry! Looks like a great place to visit!
Thank you about the photos. I really liked the museum and ran into a vet I knew.
Thank you for your kind comments.
James, I checked out all of your links you attached to your response. I reviewed every one of your photographs and you are very talented with skills that only could be achieved by years of dedication to photography. I wish I had a fraction of your abilities. Your photographs inspired me to achieve my best. Just viewing your photographs I depicted qualities I can incorporate in my next photo outing. Thank you for sharing them with me. I am very reserved when it comes to displaying my photographs. Just responding to you is a major step and posting the few pictures that I did. Once again thank you for your inspiration. Jerry (GOR)
