It looks more like a painting than a photo. Did you do 3 or more shots with different exposures, or was it just from one shot? Remember, one shot is not HDR.
I have photographed many white buildings in sunlight, and so often they are on the edge of being blown. The problem is - they will cause problems with the rest of the pic. And so your pic is a problem. HDR does not seem to be the answer - and the solution you show is not the way (my HO). Layers and editing sections separately is probably the answer to produce a great and interesting scene. You should try it - I think you will be well rewarded.
