I have a guided trip booked for next week to Coyote Buttes South. There is an option to do a combo tour including White Pocket after the Buttes, but it divides the time between the two. Am I better off concentrating on the Buttes South or is it worth sacrificing the time to include White Pocket ?
I have been to White Pocket and would recommend you go there as well.
I've been to both and I would definitely recommend including White Pockets. Stunning landscapes!
I shot White Pocket last fall and would definitely advise going there if you have the opportunity. It is a place not to be missed. Both areas you mentioned are the type of place where you will leave wishing you had more time there no matter how much time you spend there. Unless you're in a position to easily make return trips, I would do both while you have this opportunity. Yes, that's a compromise, but one that I don't think you'll regret in the long run.

Thanks to all. You have confirmed my thoughts.

Absolutely do both. If you miss White Pocket, you miss the Lollipop (but the pool of water will not be there.)
Guided trip is a must. Some of the sand enroute to White Pocket has trapped 4xs when the sand was dry.
As long as you are so close, don't miss Lower Antelope slot canyon 2 mi. east of Page.
I envy you...except for the heat.
