Power company was trimming trees near power lines. I was shooting from my garage about 140 ft. away
men who were trimming about 25-35 ft. up. Very shady with bright sun spots. All shots hand held. Camera D810

Quite impressive ! .........- unless you are a body builder, you will need support - at least for compositional and focus spot accuracies .....

Its an easily hand hold lens, no need to be a body builder for God sakes. I hand hold my Canon 500mm L lens more than 98% of the time which is considerably heavier. A support would help but its not an absolute requirement for focus or composition duties.

Thanks. Its a matter of staying healthy and in SHAPE as possible. That way you would not need support all the time, specially from devices that look utterly ridiculous. Preserving some dignity while shooting is some what important to me! LOL!
