here are a few of the things that give me joy!
the rascal (my best friend)
seeing our flag waveing proudly!
classic caddys!
my ex she gave me so much joy!
This is Cujo, and I've had him, as well as his two sisters, since they were eight hours old. When I got them they were hypothermic and severely dehydrated, and no one, including the shelter vet, thought they would live.
Clearly, he has not missed a single meal since coming to my house. He's half chihuahua, and weighs 30 pounds. I simply cannot resist that smile! I know this isn't a great pic technically, but for me it was worth keeping LOL
One of my Grandsons. Pride AND Joy!

I have four rescues LOL. He was the runt, and he was almost a week later than his sisters opening his eyes. He had hyperopia....excess fluid between the cornea and lens of his eyes...so his sight is not great although I'm not sure he realizes that. He wanted his bottle long after they were all on solid food, and I finally got tired of him sucking on my ear lobes, lip, and fingers and got him a blue pacifier that he carried around for another two weeks. At that point, nothing but Cujo would fit LOL.
A three of my best friends, my joy in life!!
First fellow is Dubhlainn's (pronounced Dovelin - Celtic word meaning Black Sword ) Jewill (combination of 2 last names). He was conceived on the birthday of adopted son that died at 23. He was born on Mother's Day.
The second, Wee Little Man, is his full brother, one year younger.
Lastly, but of no less importance: Sir Bentley the Boxer, was a rescue that came to me in such a round about way, during the last week of my mother's life.
Along with my other 2 horses, they're all very much my life.
