Rape an unconscious woman and serve three months in jail? As the judge said, a longer sentence would have "a severe impact on him." I guess that's always a concern in a rape case - the harmful impact it has on the rapist. Fortunately, we have caring judges who take the criminal's feelings into consideration. Although he could have been sentenced to fourteen years in prison, the judge gave him six months in county jail, and he will probably be out in three. Naturally, he plans to appeal this harsh sentence since he thought a four month sentence would have been sufficient.

What did you expect in today "justice"

Most of the judges are bias and work with an agenda , look at the Trump University's judge .

This country need a clean up , and it don't look like we are going in the right direction .

Jerry,
I posted a similar article covering the same incident. The kid's father was whining about him having to get punished for only 20 minutes of fun.

In today’s world of being “Politically Correct”, we need to worry about the Rapist well being. The women who was raped? Naw, she will be OK and will suffer no long term effects.

Uh, I'm not sure what you said but you as well as trump have got the wrong La Raza. The organization the judge belongs to is a lawyers group based in San Diego, not the anti trump civil rights group.

So, what's the judges conflict of interest?

Personally, I believe a person who files corporate bankruptcy 4 times, capitalizes and profits from it at the US taxpayers expense and then brags about it has a conflict of interest in running for POTUS.

Why in the world would being a good businessman be a conflict of interest in running for president?

Corporate bankruptcy is just a business strategy used every day in the corporate world, turning a profit is the intended idea, and being proud of your accomplishments isn't evil...I'm not tracking this idea.

This what you get with liberal judges. Soft on crime, care more about the criminals. Stop electing Democrats, or our whole country will look like Detroit.

If you believe that, by all means, vote for The Donald. You deserve one another.

You can't possibly be serious!!! You obviously have no understanding of the our capitalistic system or you abhor it. Did you find something illegal that you would prefer to talk about? Or you could just stay on point and talk about the judge in the original post.
