Pamorama is a series of pictures that are stitched together. When you take the pictures it is best to overlap them by as much as a forth or better. The closer you take your pictures before you put in your program for stitching the more detail you will get. Some cameras also have a program in them you can use for pamoramas. My camera has one but I choice to do my own as I am not so limited to the size that is in the camera setting. I will not say that the ones that I am putting on are the best as I am still learnng and I want to be ready when something comes up that I want in a pamoramic form.

Agnes, you have given some good info here. I especially like the "practicing" so you'll know how to do it when you really find the perfect panorama. Do you use a tripod? I try too. will try for something new this week while challenge is on. Some of my favs are "pseudo panoramas" made just by cropping.

Like you I am learning how to do panos. This is my third try at one.
Carteret County, NC
I have a few
I like using stitching software to also create interesting shots
This is Monhegan Island Maine circa 1949 my dad took the photos when he was stationed there in the Coast Guard
He climbed a radio tower on the adjacent island across the bay. I scanned these and stitched them together.
Second one was shot standing on the deck of the mega yacht Diamonds Are Forever at the Palm Beach Boat Show. It's the yacht basin looking west to West Palm Beach.
Third one is the harbor at Jersey Island, Channel Islands at low tide.
Forth is 2 shots of the same dirt road to create the fork in the road.
A couple from our visit to Hawaii in November.
