Manual is not out of anybody's league. I'm still reading Understanding Exposure. After 30 or 40 pages I was shooting M instead of P. however, there's still a place for other modes and the dreaded, "A."

A changing weekly challenge sounds great.
Maybe make it so you can only put in one entry...really make you think about composition and quality then and that it can only be taken that week, so you have to do the work?
