My visit to the Klamath Wildlife Refuge on the border of Oregon/California was
very delightful..so many different birds that it was hard to not get whip lash..
You had a great visit. I must get up there. Nice work!

Beautiful shots of beautiful creatures. The extra long bills on some birds, I find them fascinating. I'm putting this place on my list of places to visit after I retire...

Very enjoyable set Mrsmoses
Perhaps someone can help me with identifying a bird! I saw a bird last month now, sitting on a branch of a pine tree in my friends yard, in Northern California. It looked like the bird in the seventh pic but with a crest. The crest reminded me of a peacocks crest, but instead of the fan at the end, there were balls. It was more white than this bird but with a very similar appearance. Any ideas? Thanks!
Great series!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
