nice spider,i think you have your ID wrong on the 1st 2 pics.at least its not the lacewings around here
I had my doubts as they do look different to others I have seen but some photos on the web convinced me that they were the green ones that emerge from those fluffy cocoons, I will look further. All the little spiders around the railings certainly liked eating them.
First are woolly aphids, nice series growing (extruding) the waxy 'wool'; no cocoons in this order, just shed their skin to adult with wings. Very nice spider.
