Hi Mike. How do you get wrinkles out of a picture? I've had it in between two books for a few months and it's helped, however not good enough. It's a very important pic and it's the original....HELP
I've done a bit of personal restoration but nothing physical. I want some one else to do it as I don't want any drama from the queen. Any recommendations?
what pp program we using. or are you referring to flatten physical wrinkles.

It depends on the photo , it might make an interesting post processing challenge so you may get a few people willing to work on it. Depends a lot how creased it is, some of it might be cloned out, it could be some detailed painting may be necessary. If your friend is willing and you can get a good scan of it. You could maybe post the image on the post processing section. you might find some people get better results on some sections than others so you might be able to patch or stack from several attempts.
As it is a one off, that maybe a way to go. Otherwise if you find a pro you can expect a significant price if a lot of work is needed. I don't think it will be a quick job.
Physical wrinkles
not my money
Send me a copy of the photo. I can do that..

Restoration techniques and procedures vary from project to project. These two, which I did, each presented different problems and, thus, different approaches to the solutions. The first was for a client, the second just for the exercise.

Thanks, David. The first one was eventually published in a book "Photo Restoration and Retouching".

Excellent! I'm impressed. I fool around with repairing photos but nothing like that. It would be nice if I had the patience to learn those skills but . . . . lol

You might take it to a framer & have it heat pressed. If it has cracks that show it would need some work.
