I went out in my yard this cloudy cold windy morning to try
some shots at my blooming bushes and trees. I was using F18
and F22 to see how the surrounding areas around the blooms
would stay in focus. I have several bushes that was planted for
the berries for bird feed. I don't know their names so I will list
them as Bird Berry Bushes. 1DX 24-105L Lens Tripod. It was and still is windy here. mdh

Nice look at spring blooming plants.
Your red thorny bush is a flowering quince, also known as japonica. I have several, started from plants at my grandparents' house. Mine is also in bloom, although not as heavily as other years because it also bloomed during a warm spell this winter.

Thanks, Sometimes it is the title that gets folks to stop and look. Dennis

Thanks, we hope we are in the full spring pattern and won't
see any more cold weather. I would hate to have the frost
ruin my fruit trees. Dennis
