Love the bluebirds, rarely seen around Portland. Closest we have here are the scrub jay and Steller's jay. :thumbup:

Thanks, we have the Eastern Blue Bird here and I have only
seen the ones you have posted by people on UHH. Thanks
for looking. Dennis

An occasional War Eagle is OK. I worked at Alagasco in B'ham with Pat Sullivan's dad for 10 years.

It was so pretty this afternoon that I got out the camera and a chair. I sat up near my bird garden with a cup of coffee and shot a few.
What makes this a "bird garden"? {in my area, we stop seeing many birds, even at a feeder, once the snow is gone and they can find their own food where ever}

It is an area that I set up to attract birds so I can photograph
them and make it look natural. I don't want my shots just to
be captured while on a feeder. Here are three photo's of it. I
keep feed out year round and water also. When summer gets
here I have my Humming Birds use the same are plus other
trees in the yard. I have Blue Bird houses on a lot of my fence
corner posts. I plant bushes that have bird berry's in the back
yard also. Dennis
