DYNALITE JACKRABBIT POWER PACK

I have a " Dynalite RABBIT POWERPACK" I need to replace the batteries. It will not hold a charge any longer. I need advice on how and what batteries to use to replace the old ones and where to get new batteries. I understand this is the type of batteries that are in it per Dynalites site. Nickel Metal Hydride battery cells. Any other information on this would be very helpful. I have already exhausted every search site I can find such as You tube etc. No luck

These guys have never failed me, including some off the wall battery powered products. I hope there is one in your area.

Have you tried the Dynamite Web site? They have a phone number listed. Perhaps they could offer some help.

Have you tried contacting Dynalite to see what they say? Otherwise, unless someone here knows the answer, you may need to open the case up to find out type/size of cells are in there.

Might as well do that anyway. You are going to have to open up the case to replace the batteries.

Thank you. I just want to see if anyone has already done this so I can avoid any pit falls.

If you want to get them online Atbat.com has good batteries and prices. When I replaced my usp batteries they were about half of local stores.

Just open it up and see what you need to replace. If it has multiple batteries, probably, that are welded together by tabs, most likely. Find a "batteries r us" or whatever they are called near you and have them make you a new pack. It may be a single battery, doubtful, with push-on tabs. Very easy to replace.

My QB-1 uses D SLA batteries I solder together.
