she was my brothers girlfriend of 12 years who died in a house fire, lost my 15 year nephew so im getting pics together for my brother thanks again
You need to check the box where it says (store original).
Without a decent sized file you won't get good results. If you have a RAW, that would be ideal. If not, a straight out of camera image is the best option.
As R.G. mentioned, the orginal file would be betterest. If this was a scan, please rescan with a resolution of 400 Dpi. The file as you posted is only 60 Kb, what we call a thumbnail. As you can see the image is very fuzzy.

please help me fix
I played with it a little
I can't tell you mammawagz, I'm out here in the desert and my wife connect if you wish to call it that is about 16K on a good day. I'm sure you see some results by tomorrow, most of the folks are in bed. LOL
I managed to down load one and its about 3.6 megs, a gooderest size to work on.
The bottom one, the one with the woman and horse, is still to small. 70 Kb.
It appears you have taken a photo out a scrap books which as left the plastic impression on the photo (damaged). I used Frequency Separation to try in reduce that checking in the photo. But it also loses sharpness in the process. If any wants to work on this and bring up the color and sharpness, please do so.
Note I also noticed that you took a picture of the picture using a Nikon. Not easy to do.
you made me the happiest person thank you so much my brother just bought a house and im going to get these printed for his wall
