Was the 7 speed, a Spicer Transmission? I drove one of those in a 79 KW cabover truck.

Not sure who made the transmission Pat, it was in 3 axel Sterling (Ford), and owned by USF Holland Motor Freight.
I retired in Sept of 2000. So it's been a while. I don't miss it!

Thanks for the compliments, Phil! Glad you can appreciate them for what they are. I've driven a 9, 10 and 13-speed with a split shift and also a 10-speed auto shift. I must say, there's nothing like driving an auto shift through rush hour traffic in Chicago, St. Louis, Nashville, et. al.! 😜😜

I think I would have loved the auto shift on some of my trips to the City (NY). Especially when pulling an open bore tanker. I don't miss that either. :-D

One of my good friends, Greg Stephens, here in Nashville along with his dad Terry asked me to shoot some of their new Kenworths they just purchased. You see, Terry is the owner and founder of Stephens Carriers, Inc. in Hendersonville, TN. I've never shot trucks before, but I figured, what the heck!

I drove a flatbed for Maverick in 2010-12, when the economy was really sour. We drove Freightliner Cascadias with 9-speed autoshift, On Guard collision mitigation, roll stability, and lane departure technology.

Driving was the easy part ... there's a reason you don't see many overweight flatbed drivers! ;-)

Nice going for never shooting trucks before. Those pictures represent a lot of cash layout out for those rigs. :)

Well done! Quite a shoot. Bet ya had fun telling the models where and how to pose. Looks like ya had a ball.

I am sure they will hang on an office wall for years!

Very nice job Don, esp the Drone shots...did you clone out the background and put different backgrounds in the finished product? Your pictures really show what a drone can do...Thank-You

I drove for Werner OTR for 3 years...I wish my trucks had auto - none did. My first time driving through LA, I thought my left leg was going to fall off with all the double-clutching! I don't think I got higher than 3rd gear for over an hour!! Each truck had features I liked that weren't in the other ones. I had a PB, a KW and a Freightliner.
