If someone offered me a loan at a negative interest rate, I'd borrow a Billion dollars immediately.
I'm not sure I got this right: I put money in a bank and THE BANK CHARGES ME INTEREST just to keep it in their bank. Then someone writes an article on how this was a good idea ??

Actually, the bank pays you to use your credit card.
No so good for the savers and pensioners!

With cash back cards, you would think that's true, however, companies charge customers for the use of the card. Ever go to a gas station where using a credit card is more expensive than cash"
Here was a legal reading:
"Due to a lawsuit in Summer of 2012 between merchants and Visa and Mastercard, charging a fee is now legal as of January 27, 2013. Visa, Mastercard, etc. have agreed to allow merchants to charge customers fees for using a credit card. The fee will be limited to the amount of money that the merchant pays to the credit card company"
