Hi:

Can anyone recommend a photography website to showcase photos? I'm not interested in selling any, just want to be able to showcase mine. I want to be able to add the link to my photography website to the signature line on my email. I've seen links to smugmug, but haven't really looked into it fully. I don't mind paying a small fee. I want something that is easy to setup & ease of uploading photos via various avenues i.e., Lightroom, iPhone, MacBook Pro, iPad, etc. I'm not experienced in setting up a website, so it would have to be something very easy for me to comprehend.

Thanks in advance.

A website can be a hassle and an expense, so finding a site for simply displaying photos is a good idea. Most such services let you make albums, so you can put similar images in one folder. With so many available for free, it shouldn't be necessary to pay a fee.

Here are some options.

And from Google -

I use Smugmug and recommend it. There is a plugin for Lightroom to make it easy to upload and manage the photos. Ability to sell is an option.

Smugmug is working well for me. I can mark some galleries public, for all to see, some I are private, and I send links to friends so they can view them. Others are just storage areas for me.

Hello, Try a site called FINEART AMERICA. You can post your images through several media. They will set it up so that if someone wishes to purchase one they can. They help you set the prices and and do all the work for you. You may never sell one, but it is a great site to forward to all your contacts to view.
Check it out. www.fineart America.com

Flickr is a good display, Tumblr is a blog that you can use as display and FAA is reasonable enough that you can use it as display, I use all three, Bob.
