I can totally understand. I have osteoarthritis and work as a carpenter. If I don't work for a couple of weeks it is so difficult to get any dexterity into my hands, knees and wrists, When I work steadily it is less of an issue. I'm 69 and still hang in with much younger workers. Of course it is always painful no matter if I'm working or not.

My remedy is to keep exercising when I'm not working.

Curcumin and Omega 3 help a lot . :lol:

Very interesting. Did you know after Vincent Van Gogh went crazy? Seems everything his wife went in one ear and stayed there!

Try some hyaluronic acid capsules. Get them online or health food store. I take them every morning so my joints will move.
