I bought a camera that I returned ( didn't meet my needs) and they were great. Called them first to see if I needed a return authorization (didn't). Sent it back and got an immediate refund.
Have been dealing with Roberts Ebay sales for years because everything used that I purchased was always in a better condition than listed, always accepted reasonable offers and always was very easy to deal with. I strongly recommend them.
I bought several used items from them on their website; four lenses, two cameras and a couple of bags. Grading of all the items was very accurate and pricing was more than fair. I Only contacted them by phone twice, asking for information and their sales staff was excellent; very courteous and sharp! I always check out their sales first. Top shop!!!
I have purchased a lot of equipment from them over the last 12 years and have never had a problem with their service and or knowledge.

I have been dealing with them for 25 years and have never been disappointed. They are always friendly and helpful.
Roberts Camera has been a customer of mine for almost 15 years (I'm in the IT business) and I've seen how they operate from the inside out. They're very customer service oriented. It's an ethical company with business practices that reflect a long-term view . Highly recommended.

I've bought both a camera and lenses from Roberts--on site and by phone. It is a highly professional establishment that has specialists in each of the major types of cameras/lenses, a large used equipment department, and tons of accessories. They are high volume and, as a result, usually get large initial allocations of new equipment.
Indianapolis Camera Club has a guy that use to work there, will see him at the meeting 1/26,
He talks highly of them.
Roberts is a dandy store Sometimes I just drop in to browse. They also have classes on equipment and techniques.
They tend to spotlight MAJOR BRANDS; I find OLYMPUS off to one side. Their new store is somewhat hard to find on the north side of INDY
Got a problem ? Give Roberts a try !

The fact that Roberts provide a 6 Month warranty with most everything they sell used adds to their credibility. Most other ebay sellers offer no warranty on used stuff and only a few with 30 - 60 day warranties, none that I know can match the 6 Months that Roberts provide.
I have bought on line, in the store, and taken courses with Roberts. They are excellent to deal with, have never had a problem. They have a new downtown store, I find the parking there difficult, prefer the Carmel store, easy to park there.
